Bellevue Guest House is praised for its superb Scottish breakfast with quality ingredients and plentiful tea, setting guests up for the day. The location allows for an easy walk to the town centre, making it convenient to explore. The rooms are generally comfy and spacious, although a few guests found them a bit cluttered, and some noted that the kettle's test sticker was not up-to-date. With parking at the rear, it's also a great base for visiting local attractions like the races.

overcrowded room outdated certificate
The room felt a bit like a storage unit, crammed full of furniture. I nearly tripped over a rogue footstool. the electric kettle lacked a current safety certificate. Its last test was back in 2009. I avoided using it.
